best water for you

the other week, my friend from portland, oregon came to visit me.  she is 80% hippie, 20% roots from orange county.  her father owns the organic bars that are raw, vegan, and gluten free... sold everywhere.  she and i have known each other since kindergarden.  anyway, we have a lot in common with the way we eat, live and think about nutrition and how our bodies should be cared for.  she is a master esthetician that manages a spa in oregon.  she told me all these tricks and amazing tools to help stay on the right path for healthy skin, hair, nails, and body.

she told me about a water she has tested many times on her water machine that measures the acid and alkaline levels.  its from trader joes here in california (they have some other places as well)... called Trader Joe's New Zealand Water.  i couldn't find much information about it, so if you have one local, just go in and buy it.  i did, however, find this article about it when google searching it.  you would probably do better than myself...

so i bought it four days ago.  it was $2.87 {i think} with taxes.
a gallon.
which almost comes to the price of a gallon of gasoline.
i have completely consumed one gallon a day.
i have never felt better.

maybe i sound fanatical but truly i feel so satisfied.  i am feeling hydrated, my skin feels softer & i just feel so much better all around.  i love it.

it is suppose to cleanse your body, help cravings and take away acid from your body.
i love it.

she tested dasani water, fiji water and smart water... all of them tested higher than a five on the acid level...
not good.  she probably tested others but she didn't mention.
anyway, i thought this was worth mentioning.

I've never thought about water... I always drink mineral water - Volvic, San Pellegrino - has she tested those? I wanted to ask what kind of yoga you do? I'm doing hatha and kundalini at the moment!
