i apologize i have not posted anything for a while.  i'm so completely consumed with school, hair and teaching when i can but jack is my number one ALWAYS.

well he kicks the ball around the soccer field, while i train for this marathon i'm thinking i'm not going to do. totally strained both arches of my feet.  so weird.
