
So I sort of forgot to read my own rules. Thursday was suppose to be Yoga Tips so here it is:
- Going Bald? Loosing some hair after baby?
Do down-dog when you wake up and when you are about to turn down. It allows blood flow to come to the right areas of your head, helping the hair follicles to grow back and develop.
- When is the best time to do yoga?
In the morning. You should have a glass of lukewarm/room temp. water and perform your yoga exercise 15 minutes after.
- What to wear?
What is most comfortable to you but its best to have form fitting clothing especially if you choose to do hot yoga. You want to wear minimal clothing. You want to be able to move freely but be able to lift, and stretch your legs and arms without feeling conscious of exposure.
